Here are answers to some of the popular questions out there.

    • How Do I Return/Exchange an Item?
      Return / Exchange Instructions
    • All items are officially licensed.
    • All shirts are brand new and officially licensed. If you don’t see a paper tag on the item, it is not because the item is used or non-licensed. We are working directly with manufacturers, and they do not attach tags to our shirts since we are not a retail store in need for a tag to show the price.
    • All shirts are either digitally printed, screen printed, or sublimated. We do not sell any cheap items that won’t last your first wash.
    • If you don’t like your new item, we have a 30-day return policy! Here at your favorite T-shirts, we believe in what we sell, and every item is being inspected for damages before it’s shipped out to you. If for some reason you receive a damaged/wrong product, we will be sure to fix it right away. In all other cases or returns, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
    • Returns for a refund will go back to the same method that was used to pay for the item. If you paid with a credit card or via PayPal, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to go through and appear back in your account.
    • We pack and ship orders from Monday through Saturday. However, the post office is not working on Sundays and holidays, so no shipments will go out on these days.
    • We ship most orders via USPS unless otherwise is requested.
                  * United states: most orders will be shipped via First Class Mail with a tracking number.
                  * International: most orders will be shipped via First Class Mail, which normally takes 3-8 weeks to deliver (varies from country                     to country). If you would like to receive the order faster, please upgrade the shipping.
    • Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. If there is an issue with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
    • During and before holidays, like Christmas, Halloween, Father’s Day etc., our order volume is a lot higher, so shipments might get a bit delayed. Please take that into consideration when placing an order during the holiday season.
    • Funko buyers, please note: We ship all Funko pops in great condition and well packed; however, we are unable to guarantee mint condition Funko boxes. Sometimes they arrive from the manufacturer with minor damages or get damaged during shipment. If you care for the box, please take that into consideration before purchasing.
