Start a return

Need to send something back? No problem. Return requests for Your Favorite T-Shirts orders are handled through Shopify. Sign in with the same email address used at checkout, choose your order, and submit your request.

This page is for orders placed on YourFavoriteTShirts.com. If your order was placed through a marketplace, please start the return through that marketplace instead.

How it works

The return portal will walk you through the request. Once submitted, our team will review it and send the next steps.

Sign in Click “Start return request” and sign in using the email address connected to your order.

Choose your order Select the item or items you want to return and choose the reason that best matches the situation.

Add details If the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or you need a replacement, please include that in the request details.

Wait for approval We’ll review your request and send return instructions. If a return label applies, we’ll provide it with the next steps.

Send it back After your return is delivered to us, eligible refunds, store credit, exchanges, or replacements are normally processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Need a replacement?

If you would prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please say so clearly in the return request details.

If Shopify does not show a replacement option, choose the closest return reason and write:

Replacement requested

Please include the size, variant, or item you need replaced. If a replacement is not available, we’ll contact you with the best available options.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, clear photos can help us review the request faster.

Return guidelines

We want you to be happy with your order, but some items do have return requirements. Please review the basics before submitting your request.

  • Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the order shipment date.
  • Returned items should be in original packaging and in as-new condition, with no signs of wear, washing, stains, or missing parts.
  • Collectibles must be sealed and unopened when the item includes a factory seal. If the item does not come sealed by default, all parts must be included.
  • New Era hats must be returned with the original sticker included.
  • Underwear, swimwear, masks, body jewelry, international orders, and clearance items are final sale unless there is an issue with the item received.
  • If we shipped the wrong product, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll help with a replacement or refund and you will not be responsible for return shipping costs when the return is due to our error.
  • If the return is due to ordering the wrong item, wrong size, or changing your mind, you are responsible for shipping the item back. Original shipping costs are not refunded for straight returns.
  • For exchanges due to customer preference, a small replacement shipping fee and any price difference may apply.
What information do I need to start a return?

Please use the email address from your order. Having your order number, item name, and reason for return ready will make the process easier.

Can I return an opened collectible?

Collectibles generally need to be sealed and unopened if they include a factory seal. If the item does not come sealed by default, all pieces and packaging should be included.

When will my refund or exchange be processed?

After your returned merchandise is delivered to us, eligible returns are normally processed within 24 to 48 hours.

What if my item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please start a return request and include details about the issue. Photos can help us review the request faster. If the issue was caused by our error, we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund and eligible return shipping costs.

What if I cannot access the return portal?

Email us at cs@yourfavoritetshirts.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. We’ll be happy to help.
